Munich, 8 March 2020 - WTS Group, one of the leading consulting firms for tax and financial advisory, has appointed Johannes Krabichler as its new CFO. He succeeds Michael Ruth and, in his new function, will expand the Management Board comprising Fritz Esterer and Franz Prinz zu Hohenlohe as of 1 March 2020.
Johannes Krabichler joined from BSH, where he has held various positions in the tax and finance function over the last ten years - in the last five years as CFO of the Europe and Asia Pacific regions. The lawyer will assume responsibility on the Board of Management for Finance, IT and Human Resources. His area of responsibility also includes the overall management of the Service Line Digitization, under which WTS Group bundles its digital consultancy services.
Michael Ruth was CFO of WTS Group for more than 10 years. For personal reasons, he will significantly reduce his presence in the company but will still be available for special tasks. "I thank Michael Ruth extraordinarily for his services to WTS Group. He has played a major role in our growth story and I am therefore very pleased that he will continue to be with us", comments Fritz Esterer, Chairman of the WTS Group Management Board.
Esterer adds: "I am also very delighted that we have been able to win an excellent successor as CFO in Johannes Krabichler. He has excellent professional expertise and knows both tax and finance functions from an internal perspective. As a new member of the Management Board, he will support us in continuing to achieve our ambitious growth targets in the future, while at the same time continuously developing our internal organizational structures".
