We assist our clients with regard to employment law issues arising from their business operations. Our consultancy services range from continued remuneration to parental leave and grant of holiday, to part-time work, employee protection rights and false self-employment, to name just a few examples.
As part of our employment law service, we prepare individual or template employment and service contracts for all types of employment or other personnel deployment. Alongside conventional employment contracts, we consult with regard to contracts with freelancers, trainees, volunteers and working students. We also draft service contracts for members of executive bodies, such as managing directors and board members. We will also gladly take care of updating or reviewing such contracts.
When employment is changed or terminated, this typically requires to issue notices of termination and to conclude cancellation or settlement agreements, or other agreements. Employment protection legislation often play an important role. We provide comprehensive advice and support in all these matters. We are also happy to assist with regard to any additional and follow-up questions, for example with the preparation of references or release from obligation to work.
A focus of our work is supporting and implementing group-internal reorganisation. In addition to corporate, transformation and tax law such projects often have a close connection to employment law issues. We develop practical solutions, not only with respect to the legal transfer of undertakings, and support our clients in implementing them.
