This document describes how we process your personal data. It is addressed to our existing and former clients, prospects and potential future clients, as well as their respective shareholders, governing bodies and other employees.
1. Purposes of data processing
We will process your personal information for the following purposes:
- for the establishment, administration and execution of the business relationship;
- to strengthen the existing client relationship or to establish new client relationships or to approach prospective clients, including information on current legal developments and our range of services (marketing);
- in the case of a commission already assigned for our internal organization and for our claims management
and as far as commissioned by the client:
- to carry out payroll accounting for clients (including monthly payrolls, monthly and annual reports to authorities, etc.);
- to carry out financial and business accounting for clients;
- to carry out advisory and representation activities in the field of tax law and economic affairs;
- for advice and representation in social security contribution, insurance and performance matters,
- to represent clients before administrative courts and administrative authorities and before legally recognized churches and religious communities in the field of contributions, and before any other governmental institution; and
- for other advice and for the assumption of fiduciary duties and for the administration of assets within the scope of authorization in accordance with para. 2 Austrian Professional Accountants and Tax Advisors' Act 2017 (WTBG 2017),
- as well as for each assigned task according to para. 2 Austrian Professional Accountants and Tax Advisors' Act 2017 (WTBG 2017)
- on pagatory accounting (accounting) including payroll accounting and on-account accounting (costing), including advice in these areas,
- for advice and assistance in the field of accounting and financial accounting and to prepare company books,
- to provide all advisory services and activities related to corporate accounting
- for advice on setting up and organizing an internal control system,
- for restructuring advice, in particular for the preparation of reorganization reports, for the organization of reorganization plans, for the review of reorganization plans and for the accompanying control in the execution of reorganization plans,
- for the assumption of fiduciary duties and the administration of property with the exception of the administration of buildings,
- for advice on work-related questions and
- to work as a mediator
- as well as for each assigned task according to section 3 Austrian Professional Accountants and Tax Advisors' Act 2017 (WTBG 2017).
- As far as we collect your personal data from you, the provision of your data is always voluntary. However, we cannot (completely) fulfill our task if you do not provide your personal information.
2. Transmission of your personal data
Your personal data is collected, among other things, when using our contact form:

- IT service providers we use (currently DATEV eG, Paumgartnerstrasse 6-14, 90429 Nuremberg, GERMANY, DATEV.at GmbH, Strohgasse 14C, 1030 Vienna, DVO Software Development and Sales GmbH, Nestroyplatz 1, 1020 Vienna), as well as other service providers in connection with marketing activities,
- administrative authorities, courts and public law bodies,
- chartered accountants for auditing purposes,
- insurance companies on the occasion of the conclusion of an insurance contract regarding the performance or occurrence of the insured event (for example, liability insurance),
- clients, as far as data of the shareholders, organs and other employees of the respective client are concerned,
- cooperation partners and legal representatives working for us,
- other recipients designated by the client (for example, affiliates of the client),
- additionally in the case of personal data of employees of our clients in the field of payroll accounting:
- the creditor of the employee as well as other parties involved in any legal action, including in the case of voluntary salary assignments for claims due,
- organs of workforce representation and legal representation of interests,
- insurance companies within the scope of an existing group or individual insurance as well as employee pension funds,
- banks paying the employee or third parties,
- company doctors and pension funds,
- co-insured persons and
- additionally in the area of financial and business accounting for clients:
- collection company for debt collection,
- banks on behalf of the client,
- Factoring companies, assignees and leasing companies.
Some of the above recipients may be outside of Austria or process your personal information outside of Austria. The level of data protection in other countries may not be the same as in Austria. We therefore take steps to ensure that all recipients provide an adequate level of data protection. For example, we conclude standard contractual clauses (2010/87 / EC and / or 2004/915 / EC). These are available on request (see point 5).
3. Storage limitation
In principle, we store your personal data until the termination of the business relationship in the course of which we have collected your data or until expiry of the applicable statutory limitation and retention periods; in addition, until the termination of any legal disputes in which the data is required as proof. Insofar as you are a client, former client, prospective customer or potential future client or contact person at one of the aforementioned, we store your personal data for the purpose of marketing until your objection or revocation of your consent, as far as the marketing measure is based on your consent.
4. Use of cookies and social media plug-ins
On our website we use cookies. Cookies are small data packets that are generated by our web server and stored on the hard disk of your computer when your computer communicates with the web server. A distinction must be made between session cookies (so-called session cookies), which serve the mere functionality of our websites and which are deleted immediately after the browser is closed, and session-overlapping cookies (so-called persistent cookies), which are stored beyond a session and use, using both types of cookies. It is important for us to understand how our websites are used to improve them and make them more attractive to visitors. Therefore, we analyze how you use our websites, where we process cookie data using external service providers as follows. These descriptions also tell you how to prevent it.
Google Analytics Cookies
