President of the Republic of Ghana on 2nd April 2025 assented to the Income Tax (Amendment) Bill 2025 bringing into effect the abolition of the Electronic Transfer Levy, Emissions Levy, withholding tax on winning from lottery and withholding tax on unprocessed gold from small scale miners.
