The WTS Global Academy was launched in July 2020 as a core pillar of WTS Global's people and culture strategy. It offers a comprehensive training program covering tax technical, behavioral and soft skills, delivered online, on campus or in hybrid formats. The program spans all regions and career levels.

Since its launch, the WTS Global Academy has delivered various personal development and tax technical trainings to more than 3000 professionals from 100 countries.

The trainings are offered in an online format, to ensure broadest interaction from all of you - wherever you are located.

Leadership Programs

These programs focus on the development of various leadership skills. The four-day course will include sessions on leadership and change management, business strategy, building trust with clients and ethics, as well as exercises intended to promote team-building and to sensitize participants to group dynamics. They are offered in an on-campus or online format.
