Najat is a passionate lawyer and expert in customs, excise and indirect tax law who, together with our global tax practice in over 100 countries, provides our clients with cutting edge advice. As Global Head of Customs, Najat supports the growth and development of the WTS network's customs practice.
Najat holds a Master degree in Business Law and the Diploma of Corporate Counsel. She has work experience in France and internationally, both in a Big 4 company and in specialized firms. Najat also has a solid expertise forged within an industrial group specialized in the production and distribution of ingredients around the world, for which she headed the tax and customs departments, before joining FIDAL in 2019.
She has in-depth expertise in customs, indirect taxation, environmental taxation and energy taxation. Additionally, she is involved in the security of international flows, the optimization of customs costs and the support and negotiation of customs controls.
Najat is also a regular speaker at conferences and training sessions. She also publishes articles.
