Yvonne specializes in wage tax and social security law in the broadest sense. She advises companies with respect to (e.g.) terms of employment, international assignments of employees, payroll, wage tax audits and equity-based awarding programs. In addition, she also assists with negotiations and concluding agreements with the Dutch Tax Authorities with respect to wage tax and social security.
