Nadine Baltzer, attorney-at-law, has joint the WTS transfer pricing team in May 2022 in Cologne. For over 15 years, she is advising companies from all industries on the planning, implementation and documentation of transfer prices. Her focus is on controversy topics such as the defense of transfer pricing in tax audits and German lawsuits as well as the initiation, implementation and completion of joint audits, arbitration and mutual agreement procedures, advanced pricing agreements and ICAPs
