Mehul Bheda

Mehul is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has more than 23 years of experience in the field of M&A tax and advisory. 
Prior to joining Dhruva Advisors, Mehul was an Executive Director in the transaction tax team at EY and was earlier with PwC in a similar role. He started his career with Arthur Andersen.
Mehul has advised large number of Indian and multinational clients on restructurings, mergers and other arrangements. He has been actively involved in tax due diligence and international / cross-border tax structuring for private equity and strategic M&A transactions. He has also been involved in reorganization of promoter family interests and family settlement arrangements.
He has also represented buy-side strategic parties for formulating an acquisition structure and conducting tax due-diligence services on various companies referred to NCLT under IBC proceedings.
