Mabel is a CPA-lawyer with more than 10 years of extensive experience in tax services ranging from tax due diligence review, advisory, tax litigation, assessments, corporate services, and M&A. She heads the tax compliance and due diligence unit of the firm

Mabel handles local and multinational clients from various industries especially in mining, power, real estate, manufacturing, trading, and services. Prior to Du-Baladad and Associates, she worked as a Junior Associate in Castillo Laman Tan Pantaleon & San Jose (CLTPSJ), where she was exposed to litigation, corporate, tax and labor practices

Early in her career, she also worked as a Tax In-charge in Punongbayan and Araullo (P&A) (now Grant Thornton Philippines). At P&A, she conducted tax compliance / tax due diligence reviews, and tax outsourcing services to local and multi-national companies
