Mark DiCicco

Mark is very happy to have joined the Florida office of FLSV.  He works on both buy-side and sell-side M&A deals, offering due diligence, tax modeling, and post-acquisition structuring advice. He is skilled at international taxation and regularly advises on the taxation of U.S. inbound and outbound transactions.  Having been a sergeant in the Army and a university professor, Mark brings a different perspective to the team
