Benedicta Du-Baladad is the Founding Partner and CEO of Du-Baladad and Associates, a law firm specializing in tax, commercial and corporate services. She is a multi-awarded lawyer and consistently ranked as one of the top 100 lawyers in the Philippines by Asia Profiles. In 2021, she was ranked as the only Elite Tax Practitioner in the Philippines by Asia Profiles and awarded the Tax Dispute Resolution Lawyer in Asia by Women in Business Law.
Benedicta Du-Baladad is an accountant and a lawyer with Master of Laws in International Tax from Harvard University. She was previously a tax partner of a leading auditing firm and a former official of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) where she served in various posts. One of her significant contributions was the setting up of and designing the organizational structure of the Large Taxpayer’s Service of the BIR.
