Bobby Dua specialises in real estate and has experience that spans a broad range of structures, transactions and asset classes. 

Bobby has a diverse real estate client base, with particular experience working with private equity funds, family offices and private and public companies.

Bobby’s transaction experience includes tax and financial due diligence, acquisition and deal structuring, tax forecasting, financing/refinancing and vendor assist work.

Bobby has also advised on ongoing UK tax considerations for UK real estate portfolios, including advising non-resident landlords on the transition to corporation tax, as well as assisting with direct and indirect tax compliance work for UK and non-UK companies.
