Adam Fisher

Adam is a partner at FLSV in the Business Tax Services Group.  Adam provides tax advisory and compliance services to private equity funds, investment entities, real estate companies, insurance companies, family offices, closely held businesses, management companies, and high-net worth individuals, among others.  Adam advises clients on a wide array of Federal, state, and local tax matters, including pass-through entity and corporate matters, domestic entity structuring, mergers and acquisitions, business formation and succession planning, inbound and outbound structuring, prospective tax planning, and international tax planning and analysis covering controlled foreign corporations and partnerships, passive foreign investment companies, branch operations, withholding taxes, and foreign tax credits.

Adam is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He is also a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, including serving on the Partnerships and LLCs, C Corporations, and International Taxation committees.
