Charmine Gaelon

Charmine is a self-starter professional with more than 7 years of transfer pricing (TP) experience. Her career journey as a TP professional encompasses local and global experience in public and in-house practice. Currently, she holds the position of Center Manager of BDB-Taxise, Inc. based in Manila. She supports the TP projects of WTS Global member firms situated primarily in the Asia Pacific region, as well as Europe, U.S. and Africa on an ad-hoc basis

In her previous employment, Charmine was involved in delivering global TP projects, including preparation of OECD local and master files, country-by-country reports, advising on TP implications for new business initiatives, maintaining intercompany agreements, supporting local TP audits and participating in APAs, value chain analysis, financial modelling and IP valuation. She was also involved in rolling out in-house TP initiatives such as standardization of local file preparation, TP risk analysis and TP control framework projects. She is adept at utilizing digital tools and platforms in conducting TP compliance monitoring
