Vaibhav Gupta

Vaibhav is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) based in Dhruva’s Delhi office and has more than 17 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions advisory services.

He has advised large Indian and multinational corporations on diverse transactions, such as acquisition structuring, business consolidations, hive-offs, succession planning, cash repatriation exercises, and limited liability partnership structures.

His tax and regulatory expertise combined with his financial and commercial skills bring a good blend to any transaction. He has been a part of several large and complex cross-border as well as domestic transactions and has advised several large listed and unlisted companies on joint ventures (JV’s), private equity fund raises, strategic sell-offs, among others.
