Michal Kolar

Michal graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, where he also finished his post-graduate research on the topic of Safe Harbour in Transfer Pricing. He obtained scientific international knowledge from his short-term stays at the University of California, Berkeley in the USA and the Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada. Michal is a co-author of the book focused on a practical perspective of the issue of related-party transactions. He is currently focusing his research activities on progressive transfer pricing methods. Other areas of interests are Corporate Taxation and Managerial Accounting. He has been working in the field of tax consulting for over ten years; during this time he participated in the preparation of documentation for the most important companies from various sectors. He speaks English, Italian and German.
