Séverine has joined FIDAL in 2008 after an 3 ½ years experience at PwC Société d’Avocats in Gabon
She leads the FIDAL’s Africa Desk. She has in-depth expertise in the field of African taxation and has been involved for several years in the geographical area
She assists African Governments for the evolution of their tax framework, for instance the upstream and downstream Oil & Gas sector for Gabon, for Congo, the UCI tax legislation of the CEMAC
She delivers training to African Tax Authorities on the impacts of the inclusive framework (harmful tax practices, tax treaty abuse, country by country reporting, mutual agreement procedure
Foreign Trade Advisor of France (FTAF) - Member of the Tax and African Commissions
Organization of the annual African Tax Symposium with OECD, CREDAF, African Tax Authorities
