Quentin Masure

Quentin has been working for Tiberghien since 2011. He specializes in the field of corporate tax and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Relying on his vast expertise, Quentin advises clients throughout the whole M&A process: (i) corporate restructuring, (ii) optimizing and implementing investment structures, (iii) tax due diligence (buyer and seller side) and (iv) post-acquisition structuring. At Venture Capital and Private Equity level, Quentin advises on fund structuring, investments by general partners and limited partners in (cross-border) funds, M&A at the level of the portfolio companies and on the structuring of management incentive plans.
