I joined GTM after spending more than a decade with a Big 4 firm in Pittsburgh focused on international tax and global tax compliance. During my tenure there, I led a variety of complex engagements resulting in tax savings, including Subpart F planning, restructuring of intercompany debt, and restructuring assistance. I also practiced in the same Big 4 firm’s transfer pricing group for several years during which I engaged in all aspects of transfer pricing documentation and planning.
In addition to my public accounting experience, I served as a Tax Attorney for a Pittsburgh-based Fortune 500 publicly traded company for three years. In this role, I was responsible for all aspects of state and local tax assistance and focused on indirect tax matters.
I am a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association – Taxation Section, Allegheny Tax Society, and Pennsylvania Bar Association. I am also a frequent speaker for several organizations including the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
