Alexander Minin

Alexander Minin specializes in tax and customs law, investments, dispute resolution, complex business structuring, and economic crime cases. Alexander’s professional portfolio includes more than 300 cases and projects on tax structuring and enterprise restructuring, consolidation of business groups in Ukraine, and disputes connected with the realization of large investment projects. He successfully provides consulting services and represents the interests of large taxpayers in Ukraine – multinational groups, international companies and their subsidiaries in Ukraine, Ukrainian companies, and mid-sized businesses.

Alexander actively contributes to legislative initiatives and reforms in Ukraine and participates in professional and business conferences, round tables, and forums. He is a member of the German-Ukrainian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the European Business Association, the American Chamber of Commerce, and the Ukrainian Bar Association.
