Anne Njoroge

Anne is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She specializes in implementing corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and broader corporate restructurings, with a strong focus on regulatory considerations.  Before joining Viva Affrica Consulting LLP, Anne previously worked at one of the well-known audit firms in Kenya.
