Rosiene devotes most of her practice advising both Brazilian and foreign individuals, living in Brazil or abroad, with respect to the Brazilian taxation based on the analysis of international agreements to avoid double taxation. Moreover, she has a broad experience in building solutions and implementing the regularization of their tax situation in Brazil. She also specializes in challenges, defenses and filing of appeals against assessment notes from the Brazilian Revenue Service or the Central Bank of Brazil.

Rosiene is currently the regional leader of the WTS Global Mobility service line for the Americas.
