Charlotte O’Brien

Charlotte O’Brien is a Senior Director in the Corporate Finance practice where she is part of the firm’s European Tax Advisory team. 

Charlotte focuses on providing tax compliance services and advising UK corporates and property funds on UK taxation matters.

Charlotte has extensive experience of UK corporate tax compliance and tax accounting for individual companies and groups. This role has involved working with a wide variety of clients in terms of both size and industry sector. This has included managing the compliance process for several property funds.

Charlotte has also has provided tax advice on several restructuring projects and compliance services for companies in administration.
