Luz María Pedraza

Luz María has built a 45-year career delivering comprehensive tax services to national and international companies across a diverse range of sectors, including financial, energy, mining and infrastructure. She specializes in acquisitions, tax implications of corporate reorganizations and procedures. ​

Luz María has served as President of the Tax Committee of the National Society of Mining, Oil and Energy. She has also been President of the International Fiscal Association, Peruvian group and Chairman of the Board of Directors of IFA Latin America.​

She has been a speaker on tax issues at local and international conferences of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). Also, she has been Professor of Income Tax and Accounting Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
