Magdalena Saja

Managing Partner

I am an experienced and qualified tax advisor and legal counsel. Prior to founding my tax consultancy, WTS&SAJA in 2004, I worked for Ernst & Young for 11 years, where I rose to Tax Partner. I wanted to establish my own business to prove to myself that I am not only able to work in a corporation but I can also create something that is a real alternative to the Big4. This was something we succeeded in doing, not just myself and my colleagues in Poland, but also all the member firms of WTS Global. Today, WTS&SAJA has 40 fee earners with fluency in English and German, delivering a fully-fledged tax service portfolio from our offices in Warsaw and Poznań for clients mainly consisting of large multinationals. I specialize in tax planning, restructuring, and M&As, but my main focus is on tax litigation. Before I joined the Board of WTS Global in 2017, I had been a member of the global network's Financial Committee and Quality Risk Management Team. WTS&SAJA has been a member of WTS Global since its inception.

My motto for WTS Global: Bring women to leadership positions.
