Christian Sauer

Christian Sauer has been advising multinational corporate groups on all aspects of national and international corporate tax law for more than ten years. His focus is on international tax planning as well as structuring and advising on corporate reorganizations, M&A transactions, and joint ventures. Before joining WTS, Christian Sauer worked for many years at a Big 4 firm and at a US law firm. In addition to his qualification as certified tax advisor, he also holds the professional title of certified advisor for international tax law.
