Markus has more than 15 years of experience in advising clients in all areas of transfer pricing. His clients have been start-up companies with a focus on international growth, mid-sized groups and large multinationals. He has led transfer pricing documentation projects, has defended transfer pricing set-ups in tax audits, advised in appeal procedures as well as in MAPs and APAs. He helped clients to set up and implement new transfer pricing systems and to implement them, supported the transfer pricing side of business restructurings and much more. Though permanent establishment structures are nothing he would necessarily advise clients to go for, he has developed a certain interest in the mechanics of their profit attribution.
