Alexander Shemiatkin

Alexander Shemiatkin specializes in tax issues, investments and foreign economic activity, trade and distribution, labour issues. He has considerable experience in representing the clients’ interests in court disputes, especially with tax and customs authorities. He has practical experience in business structuring, tax planning, structuring contractual relations in the field of trade and distribution, as well as in drafting contracts.
