Mr. Siddique is a Chartered Accountant specializing in corporate, taxation, employment / payroll, financial reporting and business regulations.  Mr. Siddique is also an advocate holding Masters in Law. He carries ten years of diverse work experience including with KPMG Pakistan. His sectoral experience includes Real Estate, Banking, Telecom, Manufacturing, NPOs, Infrastructure and large Retailors etc. He is a taxation, financial and corporate expert and his sectoral experience covers technology, telecom, power, energy, infrastructure, financial, manufacturing and engineering. Mr. Siddique has comprehensive experience in developing Transfer Pricing model for Inter Company Services. He has advised various non-resident companies (inbound) on tax treatment of various cross border transactions under the domestic tax laws and respective Double Tax Treaty. Supporting Tax compliance with respect to non-residents (permanent establishments) and MNEs in Pakistan, including, direct corporate tax compliance, Indirect tax compliance, Tax assessments / audits, disputes and appeals.
