Tine Slaedts

Tine is a transfer pricing specialist having over 19 years of experience in Transfer Pricing and Value Chain Management of which 12 years at EY. She initially started her career in tax and gained experience as auditor before joining the transfer pricing team of EY in 2001. In 2005/2006, Tine moved to South Africa where she managed the South African transfer pricing practice at EY and lectured at WITS University in Johannesburg. In 2013, she started at BDO to set-up the transfer pricing practice.

Over the last 19 years, Tine focused on all aspects of transfer pricing with a specialization in the innovation income deduction regime, transfer pricing audits, transfer pricing documentation projects and providing advisory to stock quoted but also small and medium sized companies. She gained an in-depth knowledge of a very broad range of industries including wholesale and retail of all kind of food and beverages, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, telecom, consumer products, chemicals, automotive, engineering, software, etc.

Tine joined Tiberghien Economics as a partner in 2020 where she will further strengthen the transfer pricing practice.
