Theophilus Tawiah is the Managing Partner of WTS Nobisfields, a law and tax firm ranked by legal 500 in 2020, 2021 and 2022 EMEA edition as a leading firm.
He specialises in a number of areas of corporate international tax, M&A, tax controversy, tax policy and financial services. He is a Law Lecturer/Head of Tax at the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA) and consulted on policy issues for Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and International Organisation for Immigration (IOM).
