Kenny Van Tulder

Kenny started his career in 2010 at EY’s dedicated transfer pricing team, where he was involved in various transfer pricing design, documentation, TP audit and business restructurings projects as well as financial intercompany transactions projects. Late 2015, Kenny joined the newly-established Tivalor, the predecessor of Tiberghien economics, focusing on treasury transfer pricing (i.e., intercompany loans, guarantees, factoring, cash pooling, etc.) and business restructurings as well as valuations (of conversions/on-going concerns, intangible assets, financial assets, carve-outs) for both tax and non-tax purposes serving multinational enterprises, family-owned businesses as well as private clients.
