Gert Vranckx

Gert is part of Tiberghien‘s Indirect Tax Team and specialises in all aspects of indirect tax, with a predominant focus on VAT from national, international and European perspectives. Gert advises both corporate and private clients and also assists in VAT reporting obligations (VAT declaration, intra-community declaration etc.).

Furthermore, Gert also focuses on the new tax and compliance challenges imposed on companies active in the digital industry, including the digital service tax, online marketplace liability rules and related reporting requirements. The latter in close cooperation with a leading Dutch tax firm as well as various other international practices.

Finally, Gert is also a speaker at various VAT seminars.
