Nikolaos Zamanis is a qualified Finance and Tax Director with proven ability to constantly challenge and improve existing processes and systems.​

Holder of First Class Tax Consultant – Accountant License and member of the Greek Chamber of Economists.​

He specializes in direct and indirect taxation, accounting standards and tax audits. He has significant experience in the provision of financial, accounting and tax services, in the organization/supervision of accounting departments, in business restructuring and in corporate transformations (spin-offs, mergers, conversions etc.).​

He is a graduate of the Pantion University of Economics and Business, holder of Post Graduate certification in Tax Law and Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR by ACCA). ​
