Incorporated in 2015, Tax Matrix has its offices in Harare, Zimbabwe. The founder Marvellous Tapera, has rich experience in the field of taxation and accounting of over 20 years. Marvellous has multi-faceted experience in mining, insurance, telecommunications taxation among others. He was previously engaged as a consultant by the Government of Zimbabwe, Ministry of Finance and Economic Development in drafting the insurance tax legislation for Zimbabwe and training the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority on taxation of mining, insurance and telecommunication sectors. He has also authored 6 books in taxation and various publications.  

Tax Matrix consists of 12 tax experts with offices in Harare. In addition to its advisory and legal services, it is affiliated to Matrix Tax School (Pvt) Ltd a registered Tax Training Institution with the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education, Science and Technology Development.
