Düsseldorf, April 04, 2024 - WTS has advised Dussmann Technical Solutions GmbH on the financial aspects of the acquisition of regelmatic GmbH.
On February 1, the internationally active service company Dussmann acquired all shares in regelmatic GmbH, an industrial service company specializing in electrical, measurement and control technology (EMSR). With this takeover, Dussmann has taken a further step towards the sustainable expansion of its technical know-how and its position as a technical partner for industry, both in the installation of complex systems and in industrial services. Dussmann is thus continuing its course of expansion which is an important part of the Dussmann Group's Next Level strategy and includes organic growth as well as targeted acquisitions.
regelmatic GmbH has specialized in the planning, installation, maintenance and operation of electrical, measurement and control equipment in the process industry for over 60 years. The company focuses on maintenance and repair, overhaul work in the course of plant shutdowns and conversion work on running production plants. Among other things, the cabling of process control systems and the installation of instrumentation, including testing and commissioning, are carried out.
WTS provided comprehensive financial due diligence support for the transaction. The advisory team led by Rainer Doll and Nick Weidemann was responsible for the financial due diligence and financial SPA advice.
