The digital transformation of the working environment is leading to an increasing need for innovative solutions in employment law.

Data protection aspects and compliance are also playing an increasingly important role in HR and employment. Employment law know-how has to be linked and implemented across disciplines increasingly. Individual employment law from A-Z (drafting of contracts to termination of employment)

We provide comprehensive advice in all areas of individual employment law, including:

  • Drafting of employment contracts with salaried employees as well as executive employees and in connection with service contracts for managing directors and board members
  • Advice on working time law (including working time models), employee leasing law and anti-discrimination law

External staff deployment

We analyze the possibilities of using external personnel, identify legal risks for you and conceptualize the forms and draft appropriate agreements underlying the assignment:

Employee data protection

The collection and processing of data is inevitable. The introduction of IT-based working methods is almost inevitable. We provide practice-oriented advice at the interface between employment law and data protection law, including:

Restructuring, transformation and downsizing

Restructuring and transformation are among the core areas of our employment law consulting practice. We accompany you through the entire cycle, from the project, planning, information and negotiation phases to the implementation phase. We support all forms of restructuring and adaptation of corporate and operational structures with comprehensive know-how:

  • Comprehensive consulting and analysis in connection with potentially necessary measures to reduce costs through staff reductions and optimization of internal processes
  • Preparation of restructuring measures and transfers of operations as well as outsourcing of operations and operating departments

Transactional employment law
