Julia joins the Business Partnering division

We transfer responsibility to our employees very quickly and with a great deal of trust, which also benefited Julia. Immediately after graduating from university, she joined WTS's Business Partnering team and was involved in important meetings and projects right from the start. In the video she talks about the special and appreciative corporate culture at WTS, what makes working there "different" and how she can optimally use the experience she has already gained for her future career.

Dimitrios works in one of our Business Partnering teams. Together with his colleagues, he is seeking answers to strategic questions related to his client’s current projects on a daily basis. The fact that WTS approaches things differently, and that people here like to think outside the box in order to achieve the best for their clients, motivates him every day. In the video Dimitri reveals why working at WTS is much more than “classic” consulting work and why spontaneity is so important in his job.

Lisa has been with WTS for almost 7 years now. Her team consists of much more than "just" colleagues, it feels like a second family to her. One reason for this is that WTS offers their employees many opportunities to get to know each other offside the everyday office life. Especially the open door policy and the great team work makes WTS so unique for her.

Team spirit bonds people

At WTS, team spirit is a way of life in our daily work and outside as well – we engage in amicable interactions. Colleagues like to meet for lunch or at our coffee bar, and sometimes even after work.

There are many opportunities to strengthen our social cohesion: Starting with the annual ski event, visiting the Munich Oktoberfest together, all the way to local running events – we are pleased to see you in interaction with your colleagues!
