Information for our suppliers

As a WTS supplier, you have the opportunity to get in touch with us here and familiarise yourself with the minimum requirements, prerequisites, rights and obligations of a collaboration at an early stage. Our aim is to provide our suppliers and business partners with an uncomplicated introduction and to make the overall process as convenient as possible.

Ultimately, we strive to establish an optimal value chain together with our suppliers by acting responsibly, minimising risks and thus building a stable, long-term business relationship. We pay particular attention to ensuring that our suppliers act in accordance with our ethical, ecological, social and economic values and principles.

In order for you to register with us as a supplier, we need some information from you. Please complete the self-disclosure form in full and send it to accounts-payable@wts.de.

Supplier Code of Conduct

 

The Supplier Code of Conduct defines binding minimum requirements for our business partners in their business relationship with WTS. This Code of Conduct applies to all business partners who enter into contracts with WTS for the supply of goods or services.

Please note that our invoice processing is automated and must comply with certain standards.

 

The following information is important to avoid automatic rejections and delays in payment:

 

Invoice format:

·      Unprotected PDF format (Type A) or e-invoice in ZugFerd 2.1 extended format

·      A maximum of one PDF document as an attachment per email (including all associated invoice attachments in one file)

·      The first page of the attached PDF file must be the invoice

·      Details in the e-mail:

o  Invoice number in the email subject line

o  No invoice-relevant information in the email, only in the PDF file

What should I do if I do not have all the information required for invoicing?

Please get in touch with your WTS contact person to obtain all the information required for invoicing.

What is the payment term of WTS?

The payment term of WTS is 30 days, unless other payment terms have been contractually agreed.

What legal requirements must be complied with?

All invoices from suppliers from Germany must comply with the requirements of § 14 UStG and cannot be accepted in the event of deviations.

 

What should I do if I have a paper invoice?

Please contact our central purchasing department at einkauf@wts.de in the case of a paper invoice.

 

Who can you contact if you have any questions about invoicing?

You can contact our accounts payable team at accounts-payable@wts.de.
