Reporting & Regulatory - Solutions for accounting and governance system challenges

Dr. Alexander Eisele is a partner and member of the leadership team at WTS Advisory in Munich. He advises on external reporting as well as issues in the areas of Governance, Risk & Compliance. Prior to joining WTS, he spent many years as a partner at EY, where he led major audit and consulting projects, particularly in the DAX 40. He has around 20 years of experience in consulting and auditing financial and non-financial reporting for large corporations as well as for mid-caps. 

Michèle Färber joined WTS Advisory in September 2022, where she heads the Financial Services division and is responsible for expanding the corporate treasury business. Her consulting services focus on supporting her banking and insurance clients with often large-scale transformation projects in the CFO area, including the introduction of sustainability reporting, new IFRS standards and other regulatory requirements. In addition, the chartered accountant, CFA charterholder and GRI Certified Sustainability Professional supports her clients in process reorganisation and optimisation and in adapting their management concepts.

Hans-Georg Weber, chartered accountant and tax advisor, has been working in the Financial Advisory division at WTS since 2010 and has been a partner since 2012. Prior to this, he worked for many years in auditing and consulting, primarily at PwC. His focus is on business partnering in accounting and finance, accounting advice in accordance with HGB and IFRS, consolidated financial statements and transaction consulting. He also has experience in carve-outs and post-merger integration. He has been managing director of WTS Advisory GmbH since 2017.

Nina Blume has been a partner in the Financial Reporting division at WTS Advisory since 2022. She supports national and international medium-sized and listed companies in the energy, tourism, manufacturing and public sector. Her expertise includes the optimisation and automation of financial statement and reporting processes, the introduction of reporting processes, and consulting on HGB, IFRS and new IFRS standards.

Natalie Wurms has been a partner at WTS Advisory since July 2024 and has many years of experience in advising companies of various sizes and from various industries on transaction-related projects, complex international accounting issues, process optimisation in the financial sector and the challenges of sustainability reporting.

Dr. Nicolas zur Nieden is a partner and member of the WTS Advisory Leadership Team. He has around 20 years of experience in consulting and auditing for external reporting and transactions at DAX companies as well as in the upper mid-market. His areas of focus are consulting on complex accounting and reporting issues, compliance, and the integration of AI (including capital market transactions, M&A accounting, IFRS adoption, reporting policies, CSRD implementation).
