Dr Heiko Frank, B.Com., has been a partner at WTS Advisory since 1 October 2021. He is responsible for the Mergers & Acquisitions and Board Advisory Services divisions. His focus is on providing comprehensive advisory services throughout the entire transaction process – from M&A strategies and financing, through due diligence, to the coordination of contract negotiations and the closing.

Dr Rainer Doll has been a partner at WTS Group since 2013 and a partner at WTS Advisory within the Deal Advisory service line since July 2017. His areas of expertise include financial due diligence, restructuring, support for transaction and transformation processes, and the interim assumption of management roles such as CEO, CFO and CRO.

Thomas is a partner at WTS Advisory. He has over 20 years of relevant professional experience in corporate finance and valuation advisory. He provides his clients with independent valuation services to support informed investment decisions, optimize value, manage risk, and meet regulatory requirements. He advises on corporate transactions, going private transactions, litigation and arbitration, as well as for tax and accounting matters.

Thomas Kupke - Partner

Thomas Kupke advises key players on the preparation, implementation and safeguarding of business decisions, as well as providing comprehensive support for corporate transactions (including M&A advisory, due diligence, financial modelling, valuation, fairness opinions and post-merger integration). Thomas Kupke also possesses expertise in the valuation of companies and intangible assets for corporate law, contractual and tax purposes, as well as in the context of financial reporting (PPA, impairment testing).

Christian Hörmann - Partner

Christian Hörmann is a partner in the Deal Advisory division and has over 15 years’ experience in transaction advisory services. His specialism lies in conducting financial due diligence, both on the buy-side and the sell-side (including financial fact books). In addition, Christian Hörmann advises clients on valuation issues for transaction-related, commercial law and tax purposes, including business valuations in accordance with IDW S 1, purchase price allocations, investment valuations and impairment tests.
