Munich, April 23, 2026 – WTS Advisory, the financial and deal advisory unit of the WTS Group, advised the Johannesbad Group on the sale of all dental practices owned by its wholly owned subsidiary, DentaDox MVZ GmbH.

Through this transaction, the Johannesbad Group is selling the dental practice portfolio of DentaDox MVZ GmbH to buyers who will continue to operate and develop the locations in the future. The transaction supports the Johannesbad Group’s strategic focus on its core activities.
