On 1 June 2016, the German Federal Ministry of Finance published the draft bill of the "Law for the implementation of the changes to the EU Mutual Assistance Directive and other measures against profit cuts and shifts" [Gesetz zur Umsetzung der Änderungen der EU-Amtshilferichtlinie und von weiteren Maßnahmen gegen Gewinnkürzungen und Gewinnverlagerungen]. With its implementation, multinational corporations will commit to a three-stage system for transfer pricing documentation (master file/local file/country-by-country reporting).
This three-stage documentation shall be prepared for the first time for financial years beginning after 31/12/2015. "BEPS-compliant" transfer pricing documentation must therefore be taken into account for the first time for the 2016 financial year.
WTS TPmanager facilitates the entire transfer pricing documentation process. Through our web-based tool, the documentation can be supported and controlled throughout the Group. The IT solution not only simplifies the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, but also ensures compliance with the OECD’s documentation requirements.
In summary, our WTS TPmanager offers a comprehensive solution to record, document, track and deal with transfer pricing issues. By clearly defining tasks and responsibilities within the tool, an associated deadline control and the defined review and release processes, it ensures that documents are created efficiently.
As a web-based IT solution, data security and data protection are given top priority so that the data remains completely within the corporate group. WTS TPmanager is designed in such a way that possible future changes can be implemented with as little effort as possible.
As with the WTS TPmanager, there is the option to fully integrate our WTS CbCRmanager into the tool. This can meet the legal requirements of country-by-country reporting.
Cross-border companies with various subsidiaries and large volumes of intercompany transactions.
