Expanded range of services at new office: Deal Advisory in Hamburg

With the relocation to the Emporio Tower and the office expansion, WTS is sending a clear signal for growth in Hamburg. In addition to the established consulting services from the Tax, Digital and Advisory divisions, the Deal Advisory division has now been added to the portfolio. The WTS Group is thus strengthening its regional presence and expanding its range of services in a targeted manner.

Philipp Schwegmann is tasked with expanding the service portfolio at the Hamburg office by setting up a local deal advisory team. Philipp has extensive experience in buy- and sellside M&A and, thanks to his many years of experience in Transaction Advisory (TA), is also a competent partner for financial due diligence, valuation and financial modeling in the entire deal advisory area. Philipp Schwegmann has been with WTS Advisory in Munich for over five years. With immediate effect, he will strengthen the team around Dr. Heiko Frank from Hamburg.
