Adrian Merklinger

Before joining WTS Legal in 2023, Adrian worked in various international law firms, Munich offices.

Adrian has many years of experience in legal advice and representation of nationally as well as internationally operating companies of all sizes. His advisory focus is on commercial law, with a particular focus on advising on digital transformation (e.g. software rollouts, cloud and platform implementation) on the establishment and expansion of digital or technology-driven business models (e.g. in the area of Industry 4.0, IoT, cloud, data pooling and eCommerce), on cooperation and collaboration models (e.g. project consortia, joint ventures, etc.) as well as on commercial law matters. His practice focuses, inter alia, on commercial and corporate contracting, IT law (including data protection), IP law (in particular non-tangible IP) and competition law. In addition, Adrian deals in particular with all issues in the field of outsourcing, especially developing models for the outsourcing of corporate legal departments.
