Bertil Kapff

Tax Advisor Bertil Kapff is a Director in the Service Line Climate Protection, GreenTax & Energy. He advises on all national and cross-border issues relating to energy and electricity taxes as well as other excise taxes, in particular plastic tax, alcohol tax and tobacco tax. The main focus is on tax incentives for the manufacturing industry, power plant projects, the transport of excisable goods and the introduction of plastic taxes in Europe. As a registered auditor with the national packaging register, Bertil Kapff undertakes the auditing and confirmation of declarations of completeness in accordance with the German Packaging Act.
