Michael Althof, Attorney-at-Law, Certified Tax-Lawyer, joined the Private Clients/Estate Planning Practice of WTS in 2013. After more than seven years with Ernst & Young, he joined RP Richter & Partner (now Baker Tilly Roelfs) in 2006 where he - amongst others - developed succession concepts for estates of mid-size entrepreneurs and successfully conducted their implementation.
His focus lies on providing legal and tax advice to entrepreneurs and wealthy private clients including cross-border-issues. Further, he advices foundations and other organizations in legal and tax matters especially regarding the laws on charities. He is a frequent author and lecturer on those topics.
