Dr. Tobias Fuchs

Dr. Tobias Fuchs became Partner at WTS Group AG and leads as chief executive officer of WTS Legal Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH the service line Legal Services in 2023.

Tobias has more than 25 years of experience in legal advice (including litigation) of national and international corporations, mide-market and family owned companies, investors and start-ups as well as public bodies with a particular focus on the areas of digital transformation (e.g. IT-law, Cloud, Industry 4.0, Big Data und data protection as well as artificial intelligence), corporate and commercial law, restructuring und reorganization, M&A und technology transaction, outsourcing und process optimization, risk und compliance, intellectual property und licensing, consumer- und competition law, civil- and contract law as well as litigation. 

He has comprehensive experience in advising digital transformation projects, advising in the acquisition or sale of companies and assets (technology transfer), joint ventures and cooperations with a focus on technology as well as the use of technology for securing of compliance requirements and cost reduction (e.g. outsourcing). 

Prior to joining WTS, Tobias was for many years partner in leading roles at Deloitte in Munich (2017-2023) and KPMG in Munich (2010-2017). Before that time, he worked as an attorney at law for one the global US law firms Latham&Watkins LLP in Frankfurt (2002-2009) and one of the leading German law firms Wessing & Berenberg-Gossler (today TaylorWessing) (1999-2002).
