The international tax consulting firm WTS advised Rubix Group on the acquisition of the Schäfer Technik Group consisting of Schäfer Technik GmbH (Germany), Schäfer Technik GmbH (Austria) and C. Plüss & Co. AG (Switzerland). In the course of the transaction, the team led by WTS M&A partner Stefan Hölzemann and WTS Director Daniela Angelini was responsible for tax structuring and tax due diligence in Germany as well as for the overall tax coordination of the transaction. Wenger & Vieli acted as the tax advisor for Switzerland and ICON for Austria.
